I am the founder of Cotswold Country Marketing! My passion is helping small businesses in the rural, country and luxury lifestyle sectors achieve their rural digital marketing goals. I created my business to offer affordable, tailored marketing solutions for my clients. Having worked in several small businesses in this sector, I understand the challenges that come with digitally growing a rural business and I’m here to help you navigate the digital marketing landscape.
After school and college, I made the decision to do an agricultural business degree at Harper Adams University as I knew I wanted to work in the rural business landscape. I undertook an invaluable placement year at the National Farmers Union, this looked a little different as I did this in a fully work from home environment. This taught me resilience, online people management amongst many other skills. This degree has set me for life, I learnt so many valuable skills that I use daily.
However, driven by my unwavering love for digital marketing, I ventured to establish Cotswold Country Marketing in 2024. My dream is to help rural businesses to excel and succeed in their targets boosting their sales and reach through innovative digital marketing techniques. I live with my partner on his working dairy farm
My journey began in rural Oxfordshire, where my passion for countryside living and business took root at a young age. Right from my first job as a milkshake barista in a small rural tourist town - I was running the social media for the milkshake café I worked in. Learning on the job as to what worked on social media. From creating brand consistency, content creation to managing other staff members. This gave me a true insight into business.
Graduating with a first-class degree, I transitioned into a managerial role within a luxury country retail brand, gaining comprehensive experience across marketing, administration, and product development. Whilst learning and understanding the challenges of operating in luxury lifestyle and a rural based market. I gained great knowledge and understand in selling and operating in a rural based market both in person and using digital marketing.
